About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative who is ready to do more than just answer calls — you’ll help build and lead our customer service department as we grow. This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a small team (3–4 people) within our company, develop processes, and ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
As one of the first points of contact for our organization, you’ll leave a positive and lasting impression through phone, text, and email interactions. We don’t use scripts here — you’ll need to listen closely, think on your feet, and find creative solutions that leave customers feeling truly cared for.
This is not a receptionist or sales role. Our customer service team is an integral part of our marketing strategy — your ideas and insights will help shape how we grow and retain our customer base.
We’re busy and growing fast, so punctuality, initiative, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Location: This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must live within a 20-minute commute of our office.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver outstanding service as the first point of contact for our customers via phone, text, and email.
Develop, refine, and document customer service processes and best practices.
Help build and train a small team (3–4 people) to support our growing customer base.
Record accurate customer information and maintain organized records.
Actively listen and engage with customers to find the best solutions.
Share ideas and contribute to team discussions to continually improve the customer journey.
Collaborate with other departments to support marketing and growth initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a customer service or call center environment (1+ years preferred).
Previous leadership, mentoring, or process-building experience is a plus.
An entrepreneurial mindset and excitement to help build a department from the ground up.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the confidence to handle unscripted conversations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
A friendly, outgoing personality and strong phone presence.
Ability to pass a background check.
