Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team. This is more than just a phone-based support role you'll be part of a collaborative team that directly interacts with customers, warehouse staff, and inventory teams to ensure excellent service delivery and smooth operations.
Youll play a key role in representing our company with professionalism, care, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from a call queue, assist customers with questions, and provide accurate information about products and services. Make detailed notes on every customer interaction for tracking and follow-up. Assist walk-in customers, providing in-person support, quotes, and explain product features, and recommend services based on customer needs. Process payments and returns accurately while following company policy. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professionalism, product knowledge, and clear communication. Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk or customer area. Identify areas for improvement in processes and share ideas to help streamline operations and increase profitability. Demonstrate a coachable attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a more professional team environment. Qualifications:
