Customer Service Advisor Technician
Temp to Hire
1st shift: 7AM -4:30PM
$30.00/hr

We are excited to announce that we are seeking to fulfill a position within our Customer Service Team. At its very core this is a traditional Customer Service role where the bulk of the day is spent communicating with customers via phone and email, providing consultative support, resolving issues, and entering orders. This role is responsible for a variety of customer service tasks, such as, but not limited to:
• Providing Service Referrals
• Quoting Parts
• Order Entry

Required Skillsets:
• A willingness to learn and expand your skillsets is required.
• Great communication and phone skills are required.
• General customer service skills are required.
• Ability to use and navigate a computer required.

Preferred Skillsets:
• Service, Customer Service or Sales experience in the automotive, agricultural machinery, or construction equipment industries is preferred.

Requirements:
• Applicants will be expected to pass a drug test prior to hiring.
• Applicants will be expected to pass a background check prior to hiring.
