SUMMARY: Create and maintain logistics processes within an assigned region to increase pool turn rate, reduce asset loss, and deliver the best customer service experience to our external retail customers and internal partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Develop and maintain relationships with assigned reverse logistics 3PLs, transport partners, operations, and sales teams. *Ensure accurate daily inventory reporting practices at reverse logistics 3PLs. *Manage proper inventory levels *Work with the transportation and planning departments to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries. *Collaborate with retail and supply chain teams to execute network, transport, and routing changes to drive improvements in turn rate in assigned geography and reductions in loss/damage rate.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bilingual -English/Spanish a MUST *Bachelor's degree required in a related field preferred (Supply Chain / Business) *Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel *Understanding of transport and supply chain *Desired minimum 2 years of Supply Chain and/or Transportation experience *Inventory Management experience preferred
