This CRNA position requires an active Virginia license and a clean background. The schedule is Monday to Friday with flexible 8- to 10-hour shifts, a 1:5 in-house OB call ratio, and paid post-call days off. Cases include a variety of general, ENT, urology, orthopedic, endoscopy, OB, cardiac, and regional anesthesia procedures, with a need for proficiency in spinals and ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia. While doctors are on-site, the CRNA must be comfortable working autonomously.
