Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto is a 339-bed acute care hospital located in Southaven, Mississippi. The anesthesia team provides a collaborative work environment where CRNAs, MDs, and the surgical team share strong, respectful relationships—led by inspiring and supportive leadership. Currently our care team model includes approximately 3 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs, who have created a cohesive group.
