Job Description
Schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs a wide variety of credit functions. Following established guidelines, takes action to process driver returns and sales requests for product credits. Prepares reports reflecting status of credits. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
* Review credit requests from customers and sales representatives to confirm accurate information and process the credit according to Company policy. * Analyze and interpret numerical data and perform financial analysis. * Assist in reconciling accounts. * Coordinate with the Inventory Control department to ensure processed credits to customers do not negatively affect product inventory. * Monitor the Credit e-mail inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. * Manage new accounts with company credit guidelines. * Communicate with other departments on decisions or questions regarding credits on account. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
6 months of data entry and/or administrative work experience; experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of data entry and/or administrative work experience; experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
