As we expand our marketing impact, we're looking for a Creative Services Manager to help drive the work forward — quarterbacking projects that span multiple brands within our portfolio and shaping every piece of creative that represents our category-leading brand. Location: New York City (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office) Reports to: Sr. Director, Brand Marketing & Creative What you'll do In this role, you'll serve as the central hub for our Brand & Creative team's operations — ensuring projects move seamlessly from brief to launch. You'll own project timelines, resourcing, and deliverables, partnering closely with Creative Directors and marketing leads to align on priorities and execute with excellence. Your day-to-day will include: Managing creative project requests through Monday.com (or similar platforms), ensuring full visibility and accountability on all moving pieces. Reviewing creative briefs for completeness and clarity, driving alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines before any work kicks off. Assigning creative resources, including designers, art directors and external partners (production, copywriting, animation, etc.), thoughtfully resourcing each project to set the team up for success. Overseeing daily workflows, which may include managing reviews and trafficking assets, while providing regular project status updates to both the Creative team members and internal stakeholders. Maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating creative reviews, and ensuring deadlines are met. Leading weekly project meetings to review status, flag risks, and keep work on track. Working in tandem with the Sr. Director of Brand & Creative, and the Creative Director, to facilitate the work and ensure timely and complete deliverables. Organizing and maintaining our image and asset libraries, and pitching in on special initiatives as needed. Other duties as assigned Who you are You're a critical thinker and inherently creative, thriving in a role that balances operational precision with a love for brand-building and great design. You get just as excited about a flawless timeline as you do about seeing the final creative come to life. We're looking for someone who: Has 5–6 years of experience in project management and resourcing, preferably with a mix of creative agency and in-house brand experience. Is a natural relationship builder, comfortable navigating diverse personalities and priorities across the organization. Functions like a hybrid project manager and account manager — equally adept at managing logistics and building trust. Moves quickly and decisively, with strong instincts for balancing quality, speed and process. Is detail-obsessed, loves consistent operations, and finds satisfaction in keeping things organized and moving. Brings high emotional intelligence (EQ), adapting communication styles to different teams while naturally leading projects forward. Has no problem upholding boundaries and agreed-upon scopes to protect the creative team's focus and output. Radiates positivity and practicality — a true "do-er" with a can-do spirit and infectious optimism. Has direct experience managing creative projects or interfacing closely with creative teams.
