Creative Program Manager

As our Creative Program Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations that power our in-house creative work - bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to everything we do. From small design tweaks to major project launches and brand partnerships, you’ll oversee the intake, resourcing, timelines, and delivery of creative projects - making sure nothing slips through the cracks and everything moves forward smoothly. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, connecting dots between departments and keeping everyone aligned from brief to launch.

What You’ll Do Creative Project Management & Operations Manage creative project intake, timelines, and deliverables across all channels, from evergreen work to seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand partnerships.
Ensure briefs are complete and kickoff-ready; proactively gather missing inputs and clarify goals
Assign and track creative work (design, copy, photo, video), balancing timelines and bandwidth
Own and optimize our project management tool (e.g., Asana), maintaining visibility and accuracy across all active work
Run weekly creative status meetings and provide ongoing updates to stakeholders
Partner closely with Art Director to allocate team resources
Campaign, Launch & Collab Execution Serve as project lead for brand partnerships, co-branded product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Build and manage timelines that include cross-functional milestones across creative, product, marketing, sales, PR, and more
Coordinate the execution of non-edible product components and physical brand assets (e.g., merch, mailers, packaging inserts, etc.)
Manage recurring and ad hoc campaigns (including annual moments, LTOs, and collabs), ensuring timely and aligned rollout across all touchpoints
Act as a connector across departments - keeping stakeholders aligned and accountable from kickoff through launch
Process Improvement & Strategic Ops Identify opportunities to improve workflows, team efficiency, and communication
Implement and document scalable processes that support team growth and cross-functional collaboration
Support creative leadership with resourcing and capacity planning, including future headcount and/or freelance support needs.

What You Bring 5-8 years of project management experience in a creative, brand, or customer-focused environment
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and launch initiatives across multiple departments
A creative operations mindset - you love structure, clarity, and solving process challenges
Excellent communication and organizational skills; you bring teams together and move work forward with confidence
Strong working knowledge of creative workflows (design, copy, photo, print production, etc.)
Comfort managing up, anticipating needs, and keeping stakeholders on track
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana strongly preferred)
Bonus: experience in DTC, CPG, or a fast-paced brand marketing environment
