Each unit includes 21 beds, divided into two wings: a 14-bed lower acuity wing and a 7-bed higher acuity wing, allowing for tailored, patient-centered care. These units are built around a strong commitment to safety and creating a supportive, therapeutic environment that promotes healing and mental wellness. Staff play a vital role in fostering stability, trust, and recovery for patients during vulnerable moments in their lives. Job Requirements Education Required: Master’s Degree in Social Work Experience Previous experience in mental health preferred Skills Good communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively in written format and/or oral presentations Strong analytical & problem solving skills; semi-independent in decision making Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment Exhibit initiative, responsibility & flexibility Must be able to initiate and understand research related to projects Learn and appropriately utilize all required computer applications, including but not limited to E-mail, Windows-based or Microsoft programs Ability to write effective documentation for processes and procedures. Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Appropriate assessment skills Licensure/Certification/Registration Preferred: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
