As flex houseparents, you will reside on-campus in a student home, offering guidance and nurturing to a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, managing budgets, and ensuring a consistent family-like structure for the students. Initially, you'll have the opportunity to work in various student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Benefits Attractive salary of $43,825 per person, leading to a total compensation package of around $165,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free environment with no alcohol consumption while on duty. Pet restrictions allow only fish and one dog of approved breeds. Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student vans. Comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, with a non-proselytizing approach. High school diploma or GED required. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Demonstrated integrity as role models for students. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
