BayMark Health Services is seeking a licensed Counselor Supervisor to guide a dedicated team of Counselors and Counselors In Training in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients on their recovery journey.

What You’ll Do Supervise and mentor Counselors and Counselors in Training (if applicable) Oversee treatment planning, compliance, and documentation Support patient care with a holistic, non-judgmental approach Ensure program excellence in alignment with company standards

What We’re Looking For Active LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LAC (with CCS) Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Experience in substance use or mental health treatment preferred
