As a Counseling Supervisor at BayMark Health Services, you will oversee and enhance the delivery of our counseling services, specifically focusing on addiction treatment and recovery. This role involves supervising counseling staff, ensuring adherence to our high standards of care, and implementing treatment protocols effectively. You will play a critical role in the management of program elements and staff development, aiming to enable successful treatment outcomes for individuals grappling with opioid use disorder and other substance abuses. Provide clinical supervision and professional development support to a team of counselors and other related staff. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding addiction treatment practices. Evaluate treatment plans and monitor patient progress, adapting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes. Facilitate team meetings and case conferences, fostering a collaborative environment. Develop and implement continuous quality improvement measures to enhance treatment effectiveness. Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and hiring of new counseling personnel. Liaise with other healthcare professionals and departments to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
