Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Create a fun and engaging environment for guests. Provide fast, friendly service with an entertaining persona. Ensure guest satisfaction through drink quality and cleanliness. Have thorough knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and pricing. Take orders, serve drinks, and inform guests of specials. Check identification and responsibly manage guest consumption. Process payments and write down orders accurately. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness. Evaluate procedures for service improvement and safety. Additional Duties: Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and guests. Assist with administrative tasks and maintain organized files. Present a clean and professional appearance with a costume. Demonstrate punctuality and adherence to company policies. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable). Must secure an ABLE liquor license. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Incorporate a stage personality while serving guests. Excellent communication skills and guest service knowledge. Capable of reading, writing, and using computers effectively. Maintain an appearance that aligns with the entertainment theme. Strong organization and problem-solving abilities. Physical stamina for standing, walking, and performing tasks in a restaurant/bar/casino setting. Able to thrive in a noisy environment with exposure to smoke.
