What You'll Be Doing Own month-end close and prepare monthly financial reports Maintain and improve the standard cost system: labor, materials, and overhead Ensure routing and Bill of Materials (BOMs) are accurate for costing Oversee annual physical inventory and manage cycle counting Research part cost issues and assist in setting costs for parts outside the quoting system Analyze cost and budget variances and communicate findings Support plant leadership with forecasts, budgeting, and cost controls Route and manage AP invoices using internal software Ensure proper capitalization of assets and track capital expenditures Monitor and report on continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing setting Strong ERP experience (Oracle preferred) Self-starter who works well independently and cross-functionally .
