Travel **Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Corrections • Day Shift** Join our team as an LVN in a correctional facility in Conroe, Texas, providing vital healthcare in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** • Provide nursing care and administer medications. • Monitor and report patient health changes. • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare professionals. • Float to units within a 10•30 minute radius as needed. **Qualifications:** • Valid LVN license in Texas or a compact state. • 2+ years of nursing experience, including 1 year in Acute Care or Med Surg. • BLS and IV Therapy Certification. • Ability to work independently in a fast•paced setting. • Experience in LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, or Psych is a plus. **Schedule:** • Day shifts: 5:45 AM • 6:15 PM, 36 hours/week. • Weekend work and unit floating required. **Additional Information:** • COVID•19 vaccination required; exemptions accepted. • Orientation provided post•clearance. • Potential for continuous employment and extensions.
