We are currently looking for a seasoned Controller to join our fast paced team that is quickly expanding.

*Project Accounting Responsibilities:*

* Collect invoices from subs & vendors, input into QB (review with Project Managers/ Superintendents) * Posting expense and sales transactions in QB relative to projects * Cost-Coding: categorizing expenses and costs of goods sold * Compare project spending against project budget * Complete project payment applications, submit to clients * Create Payables Report – review for approval to cut checks * Cut checks and distribute – Subcontractors, Vendors, Suppliers * Collect and Maintain Lien Waivers – Subcontractors & Suppliers * Collect and Maintain W9 & Insurance - Subcontractors * Develop, implement and maintain financial goals and guidelines * Provide comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing and reporting appropriate data points

*General Tasks:*

* Review A/P and A/R * Maintain: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Profit & Loss * Cash forecasting * Account reconciliations * Balance Sheet reconciliations * Client & Subcontractor communications * Journal entries * Posting bills * Tax preparation * Audit preparations * Payroll processing * Company Insurance: maintain, keep updated * Set-up & maintain accounts & leases * Mortgage/Rent Payments * Utility Payments (Office, Workshop, rentals) * Vehicles: payments, insurance, registration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
