Job Summary DuraServ Corp. is seeking a Contract Administrator I for our Corporate office in Carrollton, TX. The Ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, have excellent customer service, and problem-solve when presented with difficult situations. You will be responsible for reviewing construction contracts, maintaining the associated databases, and providing support to our internal and external customers. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Responsible for data entry to the following databases: Contracts, Agreements, and Change Orders (including deductive change orders) for respective Regions. Monitor and respond to group requests for respective Region(s). Reviews Contracts, Agreements, and Change Orders within designated signing authority. Complete preliminary review and markups of all Contracts, Agreements, and Change Orders, negotiating resolutions with external customers. Responsible for obtaining financial guarantees (i.e. Bonds, Consent of Surety) as required. Provide guidance, advice, and support on contractual matters to Sales during the tender, awarding, and handover phase of the contract. Perform Other Duties as assigned

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members, management, and both internal and external customers. Ability to identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively. Ability to identify critical issues quickly and resolve them accurately.

Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands In office environment Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Travel This job requires no planned business travel.
Education and Experience High School graduation or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred. Combined experience in this type of job role of one or more years with education is desirable, but not required. Experience working with and managing contracts.
