We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Account Managerto join our growing team at THEHAUSS, INC. This role requires someone who thrives on building client relationships, ensuring project satisfaction, and managing communication between departments. You will be the direct point of contact for clients, helping guide them from the initial consultation through to final delivery, while also supporting internal project tracking, budget awareness, and timely execution. As an Account Manager, you’ll work directly with clients and creatives to ensure every project runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. You’ll grow professionally while helping shape beautiful, impactful spaces across residential and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between clients and our design team Maintain client communication and ensure satisfaction across all project stages Track deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and invoices Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and status reports Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors Manage scope changes, client expectations, and timelines Proactively identify issues and provide solutions before they escalate Support business development through follow-ups and nurturing repeat business Compensation Salary range: $52,000–$65,000 annually (depending on experience) Performance-based bonuses and growth incentives Paid vacation and holidays (for full-time) Flexible schedule options available after onboarding Licensing & Requirements No formal license required
Must sign the Independent Contractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or a designated country (for global contractor roles)
Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/computer required
Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications Workspace Hybrid: Weekly in-person collaboration at our Raleigh office combined with remote flexibility.
2–5 years of experience in client management, sales, or project coordination Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with design processes or working in a creative agency is a plus Proficient in Google Workspace, task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and basic CRM use Must be based in Raleigh, NC, or able to commute regularly
