Responsibilities As a Consultant, you will be a key project team member responsible for understanding client issues, designing research plans, conducting analyses, and developing strategies. You will work across various industries and client needs. Compensation includes salary and bonuses, with minimal travel (~10%). Specific responsibilities include: Leading project components or entire projects. Understanding client issues and collaborating with teams to identify main challenges through effective questioning. Developing expertise as a subject matter expert. Designing research plans, analyzing business data, and deriving insights. Structuring client deliverables and leading content and structural development. Presenting deliverables to clients and addressing questions. Managing small teams of associates in some cases. Participating in business development and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or venture capital. Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record; MBA preferred but not required. Excellent strategic thinking and business analysis skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, curious, and team-oriented. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing small project teams is a plus. Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
