A well-established and growing Am 200 law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a strong background in construction litigation to join its New Orleans office. : The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience handling construction-related litigation, including contract disputes, defect claims, delay and disruption issues, and related commercial litigation. This position requires a motivated and detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality legal representation. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in construction litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trials.

Provide legal advice and risk analysis to clients in the construction industry.

Work closely with other attorneys and support staff as part of a team.

Participate in business development and client relationship activities.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Louisiana and in good standing.

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on construction matters.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
