Position Overview: Krugel Cobbles, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Former to join our skilled hardscape and construction team for the 2025 season. This role involves building, setting, and aligning concrete forms for a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with concrete forming, understands precise measurements, and works with a high level of craftsmanship and safety. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete placement.

Ensure forms are properly aligned, leveled, and secured.

Prepare formwork for pouring, including bracing, sealing, and reinforcing as required.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.

Collaborate with crew members to ensure quality and efficiency on each project.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications: Proven experience in concrete forming (minimum 2 years preferred).

Knowledge of formwork materials, techniques, and safety procedures.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work from measurements and plans.

Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

CDL license is a plus but not required.

Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $24.00, based on experience.
