Summary
The Community Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-based programs in Osage County in partnership with the Region Manager. This position provides leadership and supervision to community services staff, including case managers, psychosocial group staff, and attendant care workers, while also managing a small client caseload. The Supervisor ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements, and plays a key role in referral processing, staff training, and performance evaluation.

Works closely with the Region Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate community programs in Osage County. Supervises and provides leadership to community services staff, including case managers, psychosocial group staff, and attendant care workers. Provides quality case management services and client care to an assigned client caseload. Serves as the primary contact and coordinator for Targeted Case Management (TCM) services, ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory requirements. Assists the Region Manager in processing and assigning new referrals for community services. Provides training and continuing education for all new community services staff, including seasonal/summer hires. Conducts regular chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with program standards. Reviews and audits service notes for new staff members to support quality assurance and professional development. Works closely with the Region Manager to identify service gaps, training needs, and process improvements. Supports overall program evaluation and development in collaboration with the Region Manager and agency leadership. Maintains knowledge of current community resources, community needs, and service delivery standards. Provides quarterly performance evaluations to provider staff, including but not limited to available hours, billable productivity, caseload management, initial and subsequent no show/kept appointment rates, sick and vacation utilization, outcome measures, client satisfaction, proper billing of CPT coding, and paperwork completion including timely completion, and quality. Maintains accurate and complete records of all client services, as defined by state licensing agencies, funding agencies, and CrossWinds standards and requirements. Submits timesheets and all work-related paperwork in a timely manner and in acceptable format as determined by agency requirements. Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship and professional demeanor with clients, external community partners, CrossWinds staff members, and visitors. Demonstrates a high level of initiative and creates a positive model for staff to emulate. Attends professional workshops and seminars in order to maintain and improve professional skills and meet licensure/certification requirements.

Education
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in community mental health with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

Computer experience in Microsoft Office programs and basic computer fluency.

Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as tablets/computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
