Key Responsibilities :
As a Community Engagement Manager, you’ll play a vital leadership role in organizing and executing outreach campaigns: Lead a team of outreach representatives at community events, nonprofit fundraisers, and promotional activations Mentor and train new hires, provide daily coaching , and track individual performance Manage event setup, logistics, scheduling , and compliance to ensure seamless campaign execution Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism and passion in face-to-face interactions Build relationships with donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders Monitor team goals and compile performance reports and engagement metrics Collaborate with directors to refine outreach strategies and identify growth opportunities ✅ Qualifications : Strong leadership qualities and team-building ability Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills Passionate about nonprofit work , community building, and social change Organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused Positive attitude with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Flexible schedule —must be available for weekend and evening events as needed Experience in team leadership, event coordination, fundraising, or customer service is a plus—but not required What You’ll Gain :
