Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of outreach representatives at community events
Train and mentor new team members to meet campaign goals
Coordinate and oversee event operations and logistics
Build relationships with community members and promote nonprofit campaigns
Track team performance and report results to senior leadership
Help refine outreach strategies for improved engagement and impact
