Job Details: Join our dynamic, fast-paced team as a Commercial Superintendent! Our company is a leader in the construction industry, recognized for our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Commercial Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for career advancement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully completed projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities: As a Commercial Superintendent, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

1. Supervise all construction activities related to assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules. 2. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, workers, and suppliers, maintaining high standards of workmanship. 3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality, addressing any issues or delays promptly. 4. Develop and implement project work plans, making revisions as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. 5. Ensure all safety regulations are followed strictly to maintain a safe and secure work environment. 6. Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. 7. Manage project documentation, including change orders, daily field reports, and other necessary records. 8. Anticipate and solve problems and issues as they arise, providing leadership and direction to the project team. 9. Participate in project meetings, providing updates and progress reports to stakeholders. 10. Coordinate and assist with project close-out, including final inspections, punch list completion, and securement of necessary permits and certifications.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the commercial construction industry. 2. Proven track record of successfully overseeing construction projects from start to finish. 3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, safety procedures, and regulations. 6. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. 7. Proficient in the use of construction management software and technology. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors. 9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. 10. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
