What You'll Do Sell commercial security, access control, video surveillance, fire, and automation solutions Develop new business across commercial verticals (medical, retail, industrial, education, hospitality, etc.) Conduct onsite assessments and build tailored proposals for business clients Prospect through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals Present scopes of work and deliver professional solution recommendations Maintain a strong, organized pipeline with consistent follow-up Coordinate handoffs with estimators, PMs, and installation teams Support clients through onboarding and the first year of service Stay current with industry trends, codes, and emerging technologies What We're Looking For xsgimln Experience in commercial sales: security, fire, low-voltage, SaaS, or service-based industries preferred Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Confident communication, presentation, and proposal delivery Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing your own pipeline Excellent time management and CRM discipline Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
