As a Outside Commercial Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to present OxeFit’s advanced strength training system units to a growing customer base through live demonstrations, superior customer service, and driving sales growth through strategically targeting customer interest while demonstrating fitness expertise.
Essential Functions:
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on cold calling and prospecting new leads to generate opportunities.
Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of physiology, human movement, and strength training
Manage sales pipeline and customer sales lifecycle while meeting and/or exceeding monthly targets
Respond to all customer inquiries using various mediums (emails, phone calls, video calls, etc) while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Drive customer acquisition through proactive hunting and outreach strategies, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.
Schedule demos and conduct routine follow-ups on active leads
Build, distribute, and track customer quotations
Report sales progress to sales team
Maintain a subject-matter-expert level understanding of both XS1 and XP1 systems
Gather customer insights and feedback to be used for internal process improvements and effectively communicate ideas with leadership and team members
Weekend availability is required and ability to work with a varying work schedule
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
Experience in a customer facing role
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
