Position Type: Full Time in Monroe, LA

Description of Duties Investigate and repair leaks, and perform repairs and replacements in accordance with industry standards Inspect and maintain roofs (TPO, metal, modified bitumen, build up, shingles, etc) to ensure they are structurally sound and weatherproof Communicate with clients, answer questions, and guidance with protecting their greatest investment Follow safety procedures with ability to wear appropriate safety gear, such as hard hats, safety glasses and harnesses, and use non-slip shoes when working on ladders or scaffolds Climbing ladders and scaffolding, and paying close attention to ensure that you will not put anyone at risk in a construction environment (Safe Work Space). Perform heavy lifting with the ability to twist, bend and use both hands and arms Handling of proper paperwork and technology (Company Cam) for reporting Ability to perform the following: PPE/Safety Setup Basic Material & Tool Handling Housekeeping on the jobsite Tear Off Pressure Washing Basic Adhesive Application Wall and Roof Coating Basic Heat Welding and Torching Single Ply and Detail Work Modified Bitumen Waterproofing Installation Slope & Shingle repair Tile Repair Basic Carpentry Install Roof Drain Leak Detection Effective Tie Ins Basic Metal Installation Job/Material Layout Wall/Curb Flashing

Skills & Requirements Punctuality and excellent time management Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Strong physical stamina and balance Attention to detail and commitment to quality Proven knowledge of roofing systems and repairs Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Proficiency in using roofing tools and equipment Excellent problem solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

Compensation: $15-$25/hour
