Commercial Real Estate Associate (Affordable Housing)

We are working with an Am Law 200 firm seeking an associate to join their Affordable Housing team in their Real Estate & Development Practice in Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; or Providence, RI.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience representing developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including in acquisitions, and public and private financing transactions. Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus. Candidates should have strong fundamentals, including experience with title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing a variety of loan documents. Prior law firm experience is required . Attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location. Admission to the MA and/or CT bar is required. Graduation from law school and practice experience required.
