COMMERCIAL PLUMBING & HVAC TECHNICIAN Position overview We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing & HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This dual-skilled role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing both plumbing and HVAC systems for commercial facilities. The ideal candidate has strong technical abilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt to a variety of mechanical and piping challenges. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and fixtures. Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and related equipment. Troubleshoot plumbing and HVAC issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic methods. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for both trades. Perform system tests to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with applicable codes. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to meet project timelines. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working order. Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety protocols. Qualifications 3+ years of commercial plumbing and/or HVAC experience (both preferred). EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (preferred). Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent experience (preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
