I am currently working with a leading Chicago-based law firm , who are actively looking to recruit an experienced Attorney who specializes in commercial litigation . Job Description: This firm is seeking a talented and motivated Business Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and grow professionally. Key Responsibilities: This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex commercial litigation cases, including those that involve all aspects of technology, business, and intellectual property disputes. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews. Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings. Provide general support to the litigation department as needed. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school. Admission to the state bar of Illinois 5+ years of experience in business or commercial litigation. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. A commitment to client service and ethical practice.
