About Company Law Firm that focuses on Financial Services and Capital Markets Commercial Litigation Associate We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a litigation attorney currently practicing in Florida — especially those located in or open to relocating to Southwest Florida & What You'll Do: Handle a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters Represent clients in state and federal court , as well as arbitration and administrative proceedings Conduct legal research and write compelling motions and briefs Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions and document production Draft pleadings, argue motions, and participate in mediations Assist in trial preparation and second-chair trials or arbitrations Contribute to strategy sessions and client communications & Preferred Qualifications: 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience Experience in construction litigation (a plus) Judicial clerkship, especially at the federal level (a strong plus) Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work well within a team Proven track record of sound judgment and delivering high-quality work Excellent academic credentials
