Looking for a Leader with proven service management experience in a commercial insurance setting. Will lead and mentor the Service and Support staff and manage a small, select portfolio of key commercial accounts.

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, assignments, and performance evaluations Hire, onboard, and develop team members Build and maintain efficient workflows Manage remote and hybrid team members Supervise outsourced resources Collaborate with Sales/Marketing department to onboard new clients Collaborate with Claims Manager to optimize claims handling workflows Lead training initiatives
