This role is hybrid , with some remote flexibility depending on the candidate's experience and proven track record. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded generalist with a deep understanding of commercial coverages and experience serving the middle market . If you have an existing book of business-or the ability to build one quickly-we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage new business opportunities in the middle market space. Lead the full sales process from prospecting to proposal, closing, and servicing. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate closely with account managers, support staff, and carrier partners. Stay current on market trends, carrier appetites, and industry best practices. Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial P&C experience, with a strong generalist background. Proven track record in sales, client retention, and relationship-building. In-depth knowledge of all major commercial lines coverages. Strong communication and consultative selling skills. Must reside in NY, NJ, PA, or DE. Active P&C license required. Existing book of business or ability to bring in business strongly preferred.
