Position Details:
Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Tampa, FL
Shift or Travel: Service calls within a 45-mile radius of Tampa
Compensation: $28-31+/hr + OT; 10% commission opportunities and other income sources. First-year W2: $80K-95K+

Position Description:
•Evaluate commercial, industrial, and medical facilities for optimal mechanical and controls performance
•Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, package units, and split systems
•Provide innovative service solutions with clear financial impact for clients
•Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability

Requirements:
•Strong mechanical or electrical background required
•Commercial HVAC or military HVAC experience is a strong plus
•High character, motivated, and eager-to-learn personalities essential
