Must-Have Skills: Ability to carry and climb a ladder up to 28, Ability to sit and stand for long periods, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Valid Drivers License, EPA license, OSHA 10 certification, Commercial HVAC service experience, Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals, Excellent communication skills, Experience with mechanical systems, including chillers, DX equipment, boilers, refrigeration, and basic controls
