Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and driven Field Sales Representative to join our Commercial Division. This role is ideal for a true “hunter” who thrives on building relationships and securing new business. The primary responsibility is to grow our presence in the commercial garage door market by targeting business owners, developers, general contractors, and facilities managers. You will represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and a focus on long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, quote, and close new commercial accounts within assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, general contractors, developers, and facilities managers
- Leverage industry associations, networking events, trade shows, and lead generation tools to grow the sales pipeline
- Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs and propose customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, purchasing, administrative, and service techs) to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Proven success in a B2B sales role, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
- Ability to build relationships and manage a long sales cycle
- Experience selling to commercial stakeholders (GCs, developers, facilities managers, etc.)
- Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile sales technology
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation range between $100,000- $150,000 along with a full suite of benefits designed to support your success and well-being.
