Anastasia, a Commercial Construction Recruiter with GPAC, is currently seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Estimators for an immediate full-time opportunity. Prepare detailed and accurate drywall estimates for commercial projects
Utilize tools such as  On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software to perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing and scope information
Participate in bid reviews and value engineering efforts
Maintain and update a database of unit costs, historical pricing, and vendor contacts
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction estimating with a focus on drywall
Proven experience estimating projects ranging in size and complexity
Proficiency in estimating tools such as  On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software is required
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred , but not required
