Commercial Buyer Investment Agent

We’re looking for a motivated commercial real estate professional to join our Marcus & Millichap South Bay / Los Angeles team. In this role, you’ll source new leads, build strong relationships with private and institutional clients, and assess their objectives to connect them with the right retail, office, or industrial assets.

Compensation:$150,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
