WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS As an HVAC Technician - Service Tech, your day starts with checking in and heading out to various client locations across your assigned region. In this position, you spend your shift troubleshooting and servicing HVAC units, performing facility maintenance repairs, and ensuring everything runs efficiently. Whether it's basic electrical work, plumbing, or drywall repairs, you've got it covered. You manage your time effectively, completing jobs within expected timeframes and documenting all details electronically. You upload before-and-after photos, communicate with clients, and work alongside your team to ensure quality standards are met. Schedule: This full-time position works a steady schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Ability to work independently or with a team Experience with HVAC, heat, electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs Ability to read blueprints and understand job specifications Strong troubleshooting skills to complete service calls within industry standards Excellent attendance, reliability, and time management skills Valid driver's license with no major infractions Ability to perform physical tasks common to construction (such as climbing or lifting)

Performing a variety of Facility Maintenance repair & HVAC jobs.

Responding to emergency service requests.

Preparing bids, field sketches and bill of materials to complete larger scopes of work requiring return trips.

Plan, layout and complete scopes of work according to job specifications and code requirements.

Communication with management team and its customers.

Properly photographing existing job site conditions and work completion.

Documenting daily work activity and responding to management team inquiries

Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work some nights and weekends as needed

May also be required to travel and stay near job sites overnight on the rare occasion

Excellent attendance, dependability and reliability are essential.

Required to have strong Troubleshooting & documenting skill sets.

Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.

Must be able to complete scope of work according to industry quality standards and within expected time frames.

Ability to communicate effectively with company’s clients, its management team and other field employees.

Must be able to perform general physical activities common to construction (i.e. climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials).

Must be able to operate the company service trucks and other equipment safely.
