Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

Pay: $80,000 - 100,000

Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, especially in STOLI (Stranger-Originated Life Insurance) and software implementation matters Draft and e-file legal documents (motions, pleadings, discovery) in multiple jurisdictions Analyze life insurance policies, review medical records, and perform factual investigations Assist in disputes involving ERP systems, licensing agreements, and breach of warranty claims Coordinate depositions, expert engagements, privileged logs, and trial preparation Maintain case files, deadlines, and communication across stakeholders Conduct legal research via Lexis, Westlaw, and internal systems

Qualifications Minimum 3 years litigation paralegal experience E-filing and trial preparation experience in complex disputes High proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation management tools Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment Paralegal certificate or 4-year degree required
