 What You'll Do:

• Be the face of our collision center—greet customers and guide them through the repair process with confidence and care
  
  

• Assess vehicle damage and write accurate, insurance-ready estimates using CCC One
  
  

• Work directly with insurance companies and keep communication smooth and stress-free
  
  

• Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to keep repairs moving like clockwork
  
  

• Keep customers in the loop from start to finish—and leave them wowed with the service
  
  

 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a collision estimator
  
  

• Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and estimating tools
  
  

• A natural talent for customer service and problem-solving
  
  

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat
  
  

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
