Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies. Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong background in milling and turning.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification preferred. ***We offer a 2nd shift differential of 15% on top of the hourly wage. You'll receive paid time off after 90 days, plus paid holidays.

Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use: CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Doosan, Mazak, Haas, Okuma)
CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Dmg Mori Seiki, Haas, Okuma, Doosan)
ERP Software
CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Dmg Mori Seiki)
