CNC Machinist

Staffmark is seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join a growing team in a precision manufacturing environment. If you have hands-on experience with both lathe and milling machines, enjoy working with high-precision tools, and have knowledge of conversational CNC programming, this is the opportunity for you!
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Approx. 45 hours/week
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
Perform precision machining operations according to specifications
Adjust machine settings and tools for optimal performance
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Ensure quality control and accurate measurements throughout the process
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machining issues independently
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience (lathe and milling)
Proficient in machine set-up, basic conversational programming, and operation
Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and measurements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
