Job Details

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and grinders Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Perform complex setups and run first article inspections Make offsets, tool changes, and minor program edits as needed Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools Work with tight tolerances and aerospace-grade materials Collaborate with engineering, quality, and programming teams to improve processes Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 3 or more years of experience operating CNC machines Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools Experience machining aerospace or high precision parts Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with 5 axis machining and close tolerance work Familiarity with HAAS, Mazak, or DMG Mori equipment Ability to read and modify G and M code Knowledge of MasterCAM, Vericut, or similar CAM software Experience working with materials such as titanium, stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum
