CNC Machinist Join a well-established precision tooling company with over a century of excellence in the industry. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to contribute to our legacy of quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare and operate CNC equipment, including vertical and horizontal mills, to produce high-precision components from various materials. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining processes and sequences. Quality Assurance: Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to inspect finished parts, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, addressing any mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Operator, with a strong understanding of machining processes and equipment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Experience with various materials, including metals and plastics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
