Minimum Requirements :
* Ability to read blueprints
* Ability to use inspection/measurement devices
* Ability to demonstrate basic machining skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Independently Set-up and Operate CNC and Manual Machines
* Edit programming as necessary
* Maintain Fixturing and Tooling
* Inspect Own Work (first piece) and document inspection
* Abide by all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
* Produce Quality Products within given Specifications
* Training of other operators
* Produce parts at an acceptable rate
* Read and follow instructional materials (set-up sheets, blueprints, etc.)
* Daily preventive maintenance
* Continuous improvement
* 6S
* Perform job functions and tasks required by management and supervisors
* Excellent Attendance
* Quality and Safety Conscious
* Ability to work any shift
Qualifications:
* Due to ITAR regulations, must be a U.S. Person
* High school diploma or equivalent
Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, set-up sheets, travelers, procedure manuals and government regulations.
Computer Skills:
Must be able to use the computer and computer software as required by job.
