What We Offer:
Competitive Starting Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience) Shift Options: 2nd Shift: 3:25 PM – 1:55 AM, Monday–Thursday Or 2nd Shift: 3:25 PM – 11:55 PM, Monday–Friday (with $1.50/hour shift premium)

Responsibilities as a CNC Machine Operator:
Operate CNC milling and turning machine centers Utilize manual CNC machinery including mills, drills, lathes, and saws Perform routine and repetitive machining operations Conduct plating processes Interpret blueprints and conduct mechanical inspections
Work Experience The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC milling/turning machine centers Proficiency with CNC saw operation and experience working in an annealing center Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and mechanical inspection Familiarity with shop math and the ability to accurately read a tape measure Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
