ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Rotating eight (8) hour work shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Must be able to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities
* Provides assistance to City customers. * Resolves customer inquiries by issuing work orders into four (4) work order management systems * Perform extensive research of work orders and the City's billing system, analyses and responds to service requests for various City Departments and provides information on all City services. * Receives a high volume of inbound calls through an automated call distribution system. * May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Requires a High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of two (2) years of related experience * Experience working in teams is preferred * Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Application review and the City may also conduct additional skill assessment tests, in addition to the panel interview.
